The Plainview Area History Center is an organization committed to telling the stories and preserving the history of people and events of the Plainview area. Your membership and support will help accomplish this.
A newsletter is published 3 times a year giving update and reports on projects and activities. Membership also includes discount prices on publications printed by the History Center.
Two major events within the Plainview community that the History Center actively participates in are the annual "Corn on the Cob" event held in August and "Old Fashioned Christmas" held in December. Each provides a unique opportunity for the center to engage the public in visiting the center and participating in unique program activities initiated by the Center.
