  • 2/25/17 - After a long while our website has received a much needed update. We have cleaned it up and made it more stream lined with a modern look. Take some time to explore our updated site to see what it has to offer.
     

  • 2/23/17 - We've uploaded three new videos to our video library. You can now view: the 2015 Prairie Town production of Prairie Town The Circus by clicking here, the 2016 Prairie Town production of Prairie Town Auto Dilemma by clicking here, and a rare history center commercial from the late 90s/early 2000s by clicking here. We hope you enjoy!

  • 7/16/15 - Panoramic shots of Broadway and a new batch of houses have been added to the 'Then and Now' page. Take a look by clicking here to see all the changes over the last 100+ years or if maybe your home is featured!
     

  • 6/15/15 - A 'Then and Now' page has been added. Currently it only features home of prominent former Plainview residents. Click here to view it.
     

  • 5/24/15 - Over 200 photos have been added to the site. Eight galleries showing photos from the early 1900s, the railroad, the 1956 Centennial parade and more are available on the Photos page. Take a look at them all by clicking here.
     

  • 5/18/15 - Dr. Mahle Day was a great success and a good time for all involved. The website has been updated with video from the event, which can be viewed here. Keep an eye on the site as we have more new content on the way!

  • 4/6/15 - A video of our very own Ron Manzow performing 'The Watkin's Man' has been added to the videos page. Click here to take a look.
     

  • 4/3/15 - Seven clips of Plainview from the 1940s and 1950s have been added to the site. The videos are 8mm and 16mm movies taken by the late William Carter.
